- Develop and execute holistic SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility, rankings, and traffic
- Conduct regular keyword research and identify content gaps, trends, and opportunities
- Optimize website architecture, on-page elements, and content for targeted keywords and user experience
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO best practices and new webpage launches
- Perform technical audits and work with developers to resolve crawl issues, indexing, site speed, and mobile optimization
- Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics; use insights to refine strategies and measure ROI
- Conduct backlink analysis and proactively pursue high-quality link building opportunities
- Stay updated with search engine algorithms and emerging SEO trends to maintain a competitive edge
- Assist in local, international, and multilingual SEO initiatives as Talenteria expands
- Proven track record in SEO with at least 2 years of hands-on experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or HRTech environments
- In-depth knowledge of current SEO best practices, algorithms, and ranking strategies
- Experience with SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog or similar
- Proficiency in keyword research, competitive analysis, and link building strategies
- Strong skills in on-page & technical SEO, including schema markup, site audits, and site speed optimization
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (such as WordPress, Hubspot, Joomla)
- Results-oriented, analytical mindset with love for data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with content and dev teams
- Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Bonus: Familiarity with international and multilingual SEO; experience with content marketing or PPC
